Skill Description[]
Removed in 1.0!!! Releases a burst of homing ice thorns, that deal Physical Damage and Cold Damage on hit and have a Freeze Rate of 18.

Attunement: 4% Increased Damage and Freeze Rate Multiplier per allocated point

Multiple thorns cannot hit the same target.
Freeze Rate grants a chance to Freeze enemies on hit that is higher against enemies with lower Health.
