Penance is one of the Paladin Passives which is unlocked at level 30. Requires Sentinel level 20 and masteries unlocked.
Description
20% chance per allocated point to apply bleed on hit with melee attacks and throwing attacks. You have 2% chance per allocated point to bleed when an enemy hits you with a melee attack.
