Enemy Affixes are Modifiers for Character Stats on Enemies. Every enemy has a random chance to spawn with a prefix, suffix, or both. The higher level an enemy, the higher chance it getting a higher rarity:
magic enemies gain one affix;
rare enemies gain one prefix and one suffix.

Summons Ethereal Reflections
Periodically creates a ghostly reflection that takes +400% damage. Reflections become identical in appearance after a while, making them harder to identify.
Vengeful
Frenzies when allies die
Increases attack and cast speed by 20%.
Familiar
Revives after two seconds
Respawns with 45% decaying health. The familiar does not grant experience.
Patient
Deadly if not damaged recently
Grants +100% damage if not damaged for 3s.
Spiteful
Briefly gains damage when hit
Grants a stack of +10% bonus damage for 3s on hit. Stacks up to 10 times.
Shrouded
Less damage taken from distant enemies
Enemies outside the aura deal ~75% less damage.
Protective
Nearby allies take much less damage
Allies standing in the aura take ~75% less damage.
Unrelenting
Has shorter cooldowns
Ability cooldowns recover 70% faster.
Rampaging
Keeps gaining power once in combat
Keeps gaining a stack of +10% bonus damage each second after engaging in combat.
Optionally, the suffix can be associated with an element, adding 3% element shredding to hits (denoted as "Shred") or +50% element damage to hits & resistance (denoted as "Boost").
