Dolus can be found alongside Minimus at the start of Last Refuge Outskirts.
Overview[ | ]
Dolus is a guardsman, who was on duty upon the Void's descent. He is found in his dying moments along with his guard dog, Minimus, who refuses to leave him, despite his owner's best efforts to leave him. Dolus tells the Traveler about the important people to save and notify about the evacuation of the Outskirts.

Thank you... Wick and the rest of my regiment are trapped just past the bridge ahead. We tried to save Grund, the grole farmer, but he's still defending his damn beasts. Elder Mossbern was escorting a group as well, but they got separated from us, they must be deeper in the caves. Once you've found them, find Captain Leora in the Council Chambers.
As for me... Captain Bravon will take care of Minimus, even if he has to drag the mutt away from my body.
